GuildAttunementCongrats是一款TBC经典怀旧十周年纪念插件，当公会成员完成 attunement（ attunement 是指游戏中某些内容或区域的准入资格任务/流程）时，会自动在公会聊天中发送符合其种族/职业主题的祝贺信息。
这个插件会在公会成员达成重要里程碑时自动在公会频道发送祝贺消息。目前支持对玩家升级、完成英雄地下城和团队副本解锁等成就自动发送祝贺。
