PVP DR追踪器是一个插件，用于追踪玩家在PVP战斗中各种控制效果的递减时间递减（Diminishing Returns）。它会显示你当前受到的控制效果（如眩晕、冰冻、恐惧等）的递减状态，帮助你更好地掌握战斗节奏。当你受到同类型控制效果时，该效果持续时间会逐渐缩短，第三次几乎无效。这个插件会直观地显示这些递减状态，让你知道何时可以安全地使用关键技能，避免浪费在已处于递减状态的目标上。
这个插件会在战斗中没有目标时在屏幕上显示一些可自定义的文本，并可选择播放提示音。这是基于一些高端玩家使用的WeakAuras制作的，但我不想只为这一个功能安装WeakAuras，所以就做了这个独立插件。
此插件允许 Total RP 3 在鼠标提示框中显示 NerzorsBlacklistKeeper 的信息。
